Lead Cleaning Technician

We are looking for individuals with the drive to maximize their earning potential. We are looking to hire Lead Cleaning Technicians to lead a cleaning crew of two people. You’ll be driving a sweet Mercedes Sprinter van and operating the latest technology in Window Cleaning, Pressure Washing, and Gutter Cleaning tools. Our focus is to provide our staff with a challenging yet rewarding work experience, all while maintaining a fun atmosphere.

Position Type: Full Time

Days: Monday – Friday with weekend availability on Saturdays

Hours: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm

Position Title: Lead Cleaning Technician

Position Purpose:

The Lead Cleaning Technician position is the most important role of the front-line business. The purpose is to deliver outstanding customer service while driving revenue and operating the tools and Mercedes Sprinter Van in a safe and legal manner.

Duties:

Drive to and from specific destinations in a safe manner
Create a positive working environment for clients and co-workers
Deliver exceptional customer service to our high-end clientele
Maintain a safe, organized, well-branded job-site, and stay on schedule
Fill out jobsite work orders at end of each job, and other light administrative duties
Offer feedback to improve current systems

Key Competencies:

Previous team-building experience/working as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to withstand physical demand of the position, i.e. heavy lifting, using extension ladders
The resiliency to work long hours in the rain and sun
A valid drivers licence (N is okay)

Assets:

Previous general labour experience (i.e. landscaping, construction)
Previous customer service experience
Previous leadership experience
Involvement in extracurricular activities, i.e. sports teams
Strong community involvement
Ability to speak a second language

Compensation:

Base pay of $20-$26 per hour plus efficiency and review bonus opportunities
4% Vacation pay paid each pay period, 8% after 3 months probation
$500 health benefits account after 3 months probation
Staff events are scheduled regularly for hitting monthly and quarterly goals
