Every property is a little different, so we price each job on its own. The main things that affect your price are the size of your home or building, how many storeys it has, how easy it is to reach, and how long it’s been since the last cleaning. Bundling a few services into one visit usually costs less than booking them one at a time.

Nope. Most exterior work doesn’t need you there. Just leave your gates unlocked, keep pets inside and let us know about anything that needs extra care. If we need to clean inside windows, we’ll arrange a time that suits you.

This is Vancouver, so we’re used to it. We can still clean gutters and do many other jobs in light rain. If heavy rain or wind makes the work unsafe or affects the results, we’ll call you and find a new date that works.

Spring and fall are our busiest seasons, and Christmas light dates fill up fast in November. Booking a few weeks ahead gives you the best choice of dates. Need something sooner? Call us and we’ll do our best to fit you in.

Clogged gutters can’t move water away from your home. Water spills over, soaks the ground near your foundation and can rot your fascia boards. In winter, trapped water can freeze and bend or pull your gutters loose. A cleaning costs far less than fixing any of these.

We wipe down frames and sills as part of every window cleaning. Tracks and screens collect a lot of grime, so ask us to add them to your visit.

Absolutely. We use water-fed poles that reach upper storeys safely from the ground, plus ladders where needed. We also clean windows on multi-storey strata and commercial buildings. Tell us about your building and we’ll plan the right approach.

It’s a long pole that sprays purified water onto the glass while a soft brush scrubs away dirt. Because the water has no minerals in it, your windows dry clear without spots or streaks. It also means fewer ladders near your gardens and walls.

Rain on its own doesn’t make windows dirty. The spots you see come from dust and grime that are already on the glass. Clean windows shed rain better and stay clearer for longer.

Yes. Moss loves Vancouver’s damp weather, and it can hold water against your roof and shorten its life. We clear it off safely and leave no mess behind. Many customers book roof moss removal together with their fall gutter cleaning.

Sealing is a smart next step after a deep clean. It helps your concrete resist oil stains, moss and water, so it stays cleaner for longer. Ask us to add sealing to your pressure washing quote.

It depends on your property and the look you want, but our holiday light installations start from $1,495. A simple roofline costs less than a full display with wrapped trees and shrubs. Price is shaped by the length of your rooflines, the height of your home, the number and size of trees, and whether we need a lift. Usually not, but dates fill quickly once November arrives. The sooner you reach out, the more install dates you’ll have to choose from. Call us or request a quote and we’ll tell you what’s still open.

We start installing in the fall, so your home is glowing well before the holidays. After the season, we take everything down in January. You never have to touch a ladder or a tangled strand.

No. We supply commercial-grade LED lights made for our wet West Coast winters. When the season ends, we store them for you and bring them back next year.

Our Lights On Guarantee has you covered. If lights we supplied stop working, we’ll fix them within 48 hours. If we can’t get there in time, you’ll get a $50 credit on your bill.

Yes. We light shrubs, hedges and trees of all sizes, from small trees by the front door to tall trees up to 65 feet using a boom lift.
