In these challenging times, we at Umbrella Property Services are taking the COVID-19 situation very seriously and are following best practices in regards to the current environment. We are continuing to operate and are taking bookings for your exterior cleaning projects.
Our staff are staying home if they’re not feeling well, are regularly washing their hands, are regularly cleaning the interior of their vans, and are working only with their designated co-worker. The nature of our exterior cleaning services allows our staff to clean your windows, gutters, driveways, walkways, siding, and more while maintaining social distancing in an open air environment.
We are able to provide you a quotation without an in-person visit through one or more of the following methods:
- Providing us with basic information such as square footage of the property, number of windows, etc.
- Sending photos via text message to our dedicated office text message number
- Connecting on a Facetime, Zoom, or Facebook Messenger video call and doing a virtual walkthrough of your property
- Using satellite and mapping software to analyze and measure your home
We have been using these channels to provide estimates to property owners for a number of years and are very confident in our ability to provide you an accurate quotation for the work that you’re requesting.
Lastly, as a precaution for the safety of you and our staff, we have suspended interior services indefinitely. We will be happy to assess your interior service requests in the future.
